🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because all Boot DNA products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ve got you covered.

✅ What can be returned or refunded

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your order arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• There is a manufacturing defect

⏱️ Reporting an issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Include your order number

• Attach clear photos showing the issue

❌ What cannot be returned

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Spelling mistakes entered at checkout

• Incorrect names, numbers, flags, or symbols selected by the customer

• Change of mind after purchase

Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.

🔄 Replacements

If your order is approved for a replacement:

• We’ll remake and resend your item free of charge

• No need to return the faulty item unless requested

💳 Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear
